Bought a (Lane) leather sectional. We also bought 5-year Hudson's Service Program. 4 years into it, a quarter-sized spot appeared. They sent a tech rep who examined it and said it should be covered under their plan and he would order the part. It might take a month or so. 2+ months later I called Customer Service again. Hudson's let me do 1 week of training for a sales position. At the end of training they decided I did not meet the training goals. I spent nearly 40 hours(5 days) of training, paid tolls of nearly $20 dollars , traveled over 250 miles in my car. They refuse to pay me even a minimum wage. The sales person did a terrible job at placing my order. Scheduled delivery was for 01/09 then it changed to 1/2 of my order coming on 01/24 and the remaining delivery on 02/15! That is crazy. They did nothing to correct the matter even at the corporate store when I found out my furniture was there in the warehouse. I special ordered a day bed before Thanksgiving; it arrived Jan 9 without a frame so its totally useless. Trying to see if the store will refund my money. Wasted 4 hours waiting for the delivery. Would not recommend this store. Add comment

Purchased expensive leather sectional sofa with an extended warrenty, told by salesman on floor what warrenty covered.  Have paperwork stating scratches, burns, rips, stains, etc are covered by this warrenty.  Have tried for over 2 years to get several scratches repaired.  Sent pictures twice.  Told scratches are not covered under any warrenty (Manuf or extend).  Now color is wearing off... Purchased a Home Bar. Waited 8-10 weeks had it delivered (had to be home during mid week work hours). Item was damaged and they offered to repair.....I had a new item shipped two weeks later with the same and even worse issues. Delay tactics!!! Hudson's Furniture uses very unfair trade practices which violates Florida law. In fact, I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. Hudson's is THAT bad! Always use a credit card so you can dispute , if necessary. Remember, you only have 60 days to dispute from the time you order.
