they suck... bought a leather sectional splitting at the seams.., had tech come in and denied due to stains.. what stains? and what about the ripping of leather at the seams.. warranty and extended don't buy.. Do Not buy!!!!! Go somewhere else.... I took out the Hudsons 5 year pure Balance warranty, and my sectional leather sofa is ripping at the seams in 3 years... The technician came in took photos and received on email stating, denied my claims, saying has stains.. what stains? it a black leather sectional and what i want to know is what type of stains and where are these so called stains.. no proof provided stains... My wife and I purchased what we thought was a beautiful couch in late 2012 and bought a 5 year warranty for it in case of any defects. I come to find out that this couch is such a piece of ***. I have submitted multiple claims against this couch and all I get are denials. Look at the leather people. It is pealing all over the place. I purchased extended warranty for $100 and now my claim was denied because the furniture has a little bit of bubbling on top, meanwhile my drawer is broken and they won't even fix that. I think it's bad business for Hudsons to sell an extended warranty that won't even cover anything. I am very upset with Hudsons and Uniters. DO NOT buy From Hudsons!!! You are better off burning your money. My couch thats two years old has fallen apart and Hudsons will do nothing! The warranty is a joke and a waste! Add comment

We bought a lot of a stuff from Hudson before moving to our new house . We bought a three bedrooms tow of them teen bedroom called Lee furniture and one king bedroom from Maichal Amini . One bed of the teen bedroom has been broken . And we have an extended warranty for 5 years . We called them they came took a picture of the bed . After a while they brought a wrong piece . We purchased a leather sofa set (Southern Motion - Velocity) with all the bells and whistles costing in excess of $6,000. Bought additional warranty as well for that extra piece of mind. After 3 months of usage the stuffing is sagging. Their warranty company came after many attempts to communicate and deems the stuffing is defective but they will only replace the areas that we sit in mostly and not replace the entire set or the entire stuffing.... Purchased a couch 6 months ago and Hudson's is refusing to take their defective couch back and give me my money. I regret buying anything from this store. I have spent over $5000 on furniture there and i regret it. BEWARE! DO NOT give them your money. They sell you a warranty that they REFUSE to honor. I was really impressed with the service we got at Hudson's...North Tampa store. We didn't know what we wanted to do with the house we bought but we had a great sales girl ,Cindy, who took a lot of time with us..gave us some amazing ideas..We ran with it! We bought a couple pieces at first..had no problems with the delivery..The delivery guys were on time, quick, were careful.. We have 4 more rooms to decorate...and we know where we will be...
