I have five times bought furniture from Hudsons and all of the times I have had a similar experience in that whatever the salesman tells you turns out not to be true whether it's the delivery time or the condition of the furniture or the warranty, it will always surprise you and not in a good way and then once you try to get your concerns addressed you will be faced with one process after another... We purchased a Wyatt Wall Saver Recliner on 08/16/2013.....We specifically advised Craig Wilson not to give us the one off of the floor! They delivered the same dirty, dingy, broken chair off of the floor. I was pissed off that a company that spends so much money on advertising would stoop to such lows. Bought 2 recliners Feb 2011. Had the 5 year warranty which according to sales person( Mr. Spoolstra North Clearwater, Fl store) would cover....everything.... The 'fabric', whatever it is (looks like fake leather) is peeling off. Its look like ***. I contacted Hudsons and was told that "that is not covered..." Of course it is not! On Nov. 29, 2013, we went to the Ocala, FL Hudson’s and purchased a sectional & recliner. We dealt with Lorna Deininger, who told us that our furniture would be delivered on Dec. 28th due to waiting on delivery of the recliner which was a special order. I even purchased an extended warranty-but told it was a Hudson Furniture issue....I called to report loveseat broken 11-12-20132 (due to holiday) A repair man was not sent out until 11-21-2013. He agreed loveseat broken, needed to have a new motor ordered, he stated he would order it that day and it would be a few days for motor to come in. We bought a sofa set in 2010, the sales lady CJ Dunn made us buy a protection plan with the sofa. The protection plan claims to cover everything from rips, moving damages, cracks etc... WE PURCHASE TWO LEATHER RECLINERS FROM YOUR SARASOTA STORE (INVOICE #2389649), HAD A SERVICE REP (STEVE) TRY TO FIX THE CUSHIONING IN THE REAR OF THE SEATS, BACK CUSHION ALSO AND ABILITY TO BRING THE FOOT EXTENSION BACK TO NORMAL WITHOUT HAVING TO KICK THE LOWER PORTION OF THE EXTENTION SEVERAL TIMES (AND SWIFT KICK IS THE WORD FROM THE REAR HEAL). I purchased dining room table and chairs and also a Paula Deen coffee table which I owned for seven months. My wife and I used it a total of two times and I noticed on dining room table oil like smudge marks which i cannot get out, The one time we used it we put out a warm bowl on top of a table cloth and a place mat and noticed a ring on table. Hudsons Furniture - Poor Furniture....worse service

We purchased a $2000.00 leather couch from the Ocoee store. About a year and a half after purchase we saw that it was flaking and peeling. Fast forward two years, numerous phone calls, and visits to the store in order to give them a chance to rectify the situation, and still nothing has been done. We ordered a floor model (clearance item) dining table on sale. We were called the next day and told we could have a *new* table rather than the one from the floor if we wanted, at the same price. Of course we accepted. We were not told the new one would need to be shipped from overseas. After 3 and 1/2 months, we are still being told "it will be delivered soon" but no one (even the manager)... Read more
