We purchased two Best Home Furnishing recliners and a sofa from Hudsons Furniture (Alta Monte, Florida) which were delivered on 21 June 2016. I hope people are reading these reviews before visiting this store. If only I had taken my own advice, this stress could have been avoided. April 2016: The sales representative that I worked with, James (who is now Sales Manager, lol) was very friendly when I ordered. This guy saw me coming down the road and decided to get out of his truck and unload while I sat on MY street needing by. You have very rude people working for you, and I will never buy from Hudson nor will I ever recommend this company.

Went to the Hudson Store in Altamonte Springs. Sales Person was Gloria. Spent $7500 on furniture that she said was in stock and would be delivered the following Friday! Great news until the delivery comes and half of the order is missing. Called store and was told sales person not in. I bought a recliner from Hudson's outlet in Sanford from John. The seat of the chair was lower on one side than the other. I made four phone calls to the store explaining the problem. John never called me back. I WAS, yes WAS, a faithful Hudson's customer. I will NEVER buy anything from Hudson's again. The poorest customer service ever. Idiots.

I ordered a kitchenette set from Hudson's Furniture in Brandon, Florida on March 26,2016. I was told by the sales person (Sonia) that this set was very popular & could only get the table and 2 of the 4 chairs delivered first. Had to wait until the beginning of May to receive the other 2 chairs. I thought that was a bit ridiculous but relunctantly agreed. In October 2015 we bought from the Ormond Beach store furniture for the office room. The staff service was TERRIBLE, they are interested only to PUSH furniture and furniture insurance, without understanding the client's needs or expectations. They were in a big hurry to get rid off the client inside the store. They delivered different furniture from which they have in the store. The furniture has poor quality. We bought 3 pieces of furniture from The Melbourne location...... the sectional sofa looked great but the fabric which was according to the sales person was leather began to split and separate after the first year.....they're response was we bought it on clearance & didn't buy a warranty.....the manager knew this was not an acceptable response & became very defensive. Long story short...We purchased a top grain leather set for almost $2000. I felt the price was too good to be true after purchasing in a very high pressure environment. I called Cheers who makes the couch and got the number for the GM of Hudson's. I was told by Hope from Cheers, and Debbie, Joe and Joseph at Hudson's that the set was leather. they suck... bought a leather sectional splitting at the seams.., had tech come in and denied due to stains.. what stains? and what about the ripping of leather at the seams.. warranty and extended don't buy.. Do Not buy!!!!! Go somewhere else.... What Leather sectional splits at seams in three years,,, took the extended warranty when purchased and they do not honor... screw their customers.. go read the reports on internet.
