BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! On November 17, 2016 I entered Hudson's Furniture in Brandon, FL and with help from the Design Consultant, Katie(who was great), and after several hours I ended purchasing furniture for a 4bedroom house.

With the order place I was informed by the sales manager that I would receive my furniture in 4-6 weeks, which was acceptable to me because I was expecting out of town guest on January 13, 2017. January 6, 2017- received 1st delivery, which consisted bedroom sets for 2 guest rooms, and diniing room set, and 2 counter chairs(ordered 3), coffee table, 2 end tables and rug.***2 twin beds sent back, not what I ordered, dining table missing top and bottom base*** *twin beds cancelled received credit on remainder of items still outstanding**** January 13,2017-guest arrive with nothing to sit on, but dining table, and since it was missing top/bottom base, it was like sitting at a coffee table. *dining table bottom/top base delivered on 1/14/17** January 19,2017 -I called store to inquire about remainder of furniture and that's when the sales manager informed me that the bed set for master bedroom wasn't ordered, sales manager(my salesman) never informed me of this; why did I have to call to be made aware of this.. January 24, 2017-delivery of livingroom furniture couch, love seat and 2 chairs, and a credenza.

** credenza arrived wrong color; returned , requested refund* store manger informed me I would receive refund check from corporate within 10 business days; after several calls in February 2017 refund check received March 13,2017. In addition on February 20, 2017 inquired about outstanding furniture still not delivered (daybed/wtrundle, counter chair and floor length mirror) was informed by the store manger that they expected delivery of Daybed/trundle to the Hudson's warehouse on March 3, 2017; I again had to call on March 9,2017 for an update; and finally after 4 months on March 21, 2017 remainder of furniture delivered. After all the mistakes, or as store manager referred to as "missteps" he offered me a $150 store credit. I declined offered, I refuse to put myself through that torture of shopping at Hudson's Furniture again.......

UPDATE: Avenue Counter Chair delivered on March 21, 2017, metal foot bar fell off after sitting in chair the 1st time. I bought the protection plan so they sent repair men out on May 3,2017, they glued metal foot bar back in; on May 8th metal bar fell off again. Repair men returned May 24, 2017 and stated chair is unrepairable and a new one has to be reordered. Bottom line the sales manager wasn't honest about delivery times, and customer service at store is terrible.

There is no ryhme or reason why the customer should have to call the store and inquire about if furniture order is in stock, and when will it be delivered. Once they receive your money customer service ends.
