I bought a recliner from Hudson's outlet in Sanford from John. The seat of the chair was lower on one side than the other. I made four phone calls to the store explaining the problem. John never called me back. I WAS, yes WAS, a faithful Hudson's customer. I will NEVER buy anything from Hudson's again. The poorest customer service ever. Idiots.
DO NOT buy From Hudsons!!! You are better off burning your money. My couch thats two years old has fallen apart and Hudsons will do nothing! The warranty is a joke and a waste!
Hudsons Furniture Warranty Review
I had a very similar experience with Hudsons. I was talked into buying a warranty that would cover my sectional for 5 years only to be told that cracking and chipping was "normal wear and tear" of my couch and thus not covered. However, if I had any "bodily fluids" on the couch, they would gladly cover that. What a joke. This company should be avoided at all cost.
