I bought a double leather recliner 6 weeks ago at Hudsons furniture in Tampa. They didn't have the color I wanted so it was ordered.

The company delivered the recliner 3 weeks later and it was damaged. The delivery guy told me , don't worry I'll take a picture of it and within a couple of weeks they will come and fix it. I went to the store and told them I wanted to return it because the leather is beginning to sag and on the back there is a gap between the sections. That is when I was informed by the store manager that there are no returns and that I have to keep the sofa.

Mind you that they have a big sign in the store that says: HASSLE FREE RETURNS!

I don't recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the employees are very rude.

I am fixing to go through with this process.. My sofa was delivered with shoddy workmanship.

Have reached out to Hudson's for assistance to remedy this situation. Not feeling hopeful. Furniture delivered 11/11/2020. I should have thought to refuse the delivery.

We shall see what happens. They are supposed to call me this Tuesday.
