I hope people are reading these reviews before visiting this store. If only I had taken my own advice, this stress could have been avoided.

April 2016:

The sales representative that I worked with, James (who is now Sales Manager, lol) was very friendly when I ordered. Even through his inexperience with adequately using the ordering system, he found time to joke with me and be pleasant. HE EVEN walked me out and suggested that we have lunch or get together. Flirtatious James; flirtatious MARRIED James. I didn't care because I hoped I'd never see him again.

Well, the fabric we selected for my chaise was discontinued so I had to return to the store to re-do the order. I complained to the General Manager Chris because I felt James was rude. James suggested that I forgot what I ordered because I had a beer at the time of ordering. Not that Chris was any better. Whatever, again, not expecting to have to deal with these folks again. My chaise and pillow would be delivered, and the end.

June 2016:

As the delivery date approached, I didn't get any updates so I called the store. Turns out the manufacturer tried calling James for clarity on the order but didn't get an immediate response. I say "so James, you're the reason my order is now 30 days delayed?!!" He replied "well, I guess!!" I tweeted about my experience and sent an email to the Regional Manager, Lisa. Originally, Lisa basically thanked me for letting her know this happened. Same level of empathy and customer service I dealt with in the store. James also texted me to tell me I misrepresented everything and basically called me a liar. That's me putting his illiteracy into common English.

July 2016:

But, the power of social media prevailed. Once Lisa saw my tweet, she sends a different message offering a credit and wishing me a successful delivery. Ha! The chaise was delivered and in all fairness, it is absolutely beautiful!! I designed a pillow which was not delivered. Actually, I originally designed 2 pillows but when I changed fabrics, I canceled 1 because it didn't match as well. When I asked Chris (Brandon GM) about it, he told me no pillows were ordered but he would see what happened. A few hours later I receive a voicemail about the pillow being "on order". I'm not interested! Cancel, refund and fire everyone in this *** store!!

AVOID THIS STORE!!! Liars, rude, no customer service skills, etc.

I also find it cute that Lisa K., Hudson's Regional Manager, has had such positive shopping experiences at her stores!!! Loved reading your Yelp reviews lol
